Las Vegas, Nevada | The Venetian Convention and Expo Center
August 25 – 28, 2025
The VMware Explore content catalogue is now available! It offers a comprehensive list of breakout sessions, hands-on labs, and other exciting activities.
As you prepare for VMware Explore, it’s worth thinking about why you’re attending — and what you want to get out of it. Are you:
- Keen to learn more about VMware Cloud Foundation 9 and how it’s pioneering the future of on-premises private cloud?
- Hoping to connect with subject matter experts to discuss current challenges and get real-world insights?
- Excited to get hands-on with the brand-new VCF Hands-on Labs debuting at Explore?
- Planning to earn certifications – perhaps taking advantage of an Early-Bird ticket that includes a complimentary VCF exam voucher?
- Or maybe you’re just in it for the swag – in which case, make sure to visit the Expo and explore the latest partner tech and giveaways!
Whatever your goal, the VMware Explore content catalogue is designed to help you build the perfect week to meet your objectives.

New to VMware Explore? Wondering how it all works?
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you get the most out of the content catalogue and plan your week effectively:
Step 1: Browse the Catalogue (From 17 June)
Start exploring the sessions listed in the content catalogue. You’ll find a wide variety of topics, speakers, and formats to choose from.

Step 2: Favourite Your Sessions
As you browse, mark the sessions you’re interested in by adding them to your favourites. This will make it easier to build your schedule later.
Since you can’t pre-register just yet, I recommend favouriting more sessions than you plan to attend. Once pre-registration opens, popular sessions can fill up within minutes.
Step 3: Build Your Schedule (From 15 July)
If you have a Full Conference Pass, you’ll be able to pre-register for your chosen sessions starting 15 July. This allows you to secure your spot and organise your time efficiently.
Important Notes
- The content catalogue is dynamic — sessions may be added, moved to larger rooms, or removed altogether. Keep checking back for updates.
- Don’t assume you’ll get into every session you favourite — be flexible and have a backup plan.
Top Tip
Add 15 July to your diary — this is when you can start building your personal schedule and pre-register for sessions. Popular sessions can fill up within minutes.
What If a Session Is Full?
Don’t worry! You have a few options:
- Join the Waiting List: If a session is full, you can join the waiting list. As attendees adjust their schedules, spots may open up — and you might be next in line.
- Try On the Day: Arrive at the session room 10 minutes before the start time and queue up. If space is available, you’ll be allowed in on a first-come, first-served basis.
What If I Have an Essentials Pass?
If you’re attending with an Essentials Pass, you won’t be able to pre-register for sessions. However, you can still attend on the day by queuing outside the session room 10 minutes before it begins. Entry will be granted if space permits.
Make the most of VMware Explore by planning ahead and staying flexible.
See you there!
